Google benefits document

Google is a company with the world's largest search engine today, but has a search engine that can help us with a very easy and fast to find information on the Internet, Google is also providing facilities in certain things such as google translate, google earth, and most provided free (and of course there are very many platforms, including this blog).





Right now I want to discuss Google services document. I personally feel the benefits that many of these services, the most I feel is:

1. I can save all the important data I safely, without fear of missing files, deleted, etc..

2. MS Office facility can be done all by Google document, such as MS Word and Excel

3. Files can be exported to CSV, Excel, Word

4. Files can be accessed from anywhere as long as there is an internet connection, so no need to carry the flash, so that more secure

5. Can we share files online, Google has provided a special link to the files that we make

6. Files that in our setting could share, if only for the share without editable by others, or vice versa.

Well his principal if you do not take advantage of this service, a big loss. My advice, if you have important data in the form of Word or Excel, immediately move to the Google document to make it more secure.

How to access Google's document:

1. Create a Gmail account first

2. Sign in to Google.co.id aja

3. Look at the top menu, select the menu completely,

4. Click Documents

5. Done.
